Ada is a 4th year UBC Microbiology and Immunology student volunteering with APEL. She especially enjoys learning about the role of microbes in disease and population health. She is also passionate about health care and STEM education. She currently assists the lab with sample organization and administrative duties.

Outside of APEL, she is actively involved as a volunteer coordinator with Rabbitats Rabbit Rescue and in aquatics as a swim coach/lifeguard. In her free time, Ada loves oil-painting and spending time with her family and dog.
