Douglas is currently a Microbiology and Immunology student at UBC volunteering with COERD. He currently assists the lab with administrative and organizational duties, occasionally helps with sample processing. Science is something that truly fascinates him and he would like to always learn more. He hopes to pursue a career in medical research and healthcare.

Outside of volunteering and school work, he enjoys reading books, watching movies, playing music, and just hanging out with friends.
